Candor Trucking collects the details you send through our carrier intake forms, plus your IP address and browser type, to contact you about dispatch. We do not sell your information or use advertising cookies, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What information do we collect?
We collect only what you type into our carrier intake forms and a few technical details sent with each submission.
| Information | When we collect it |
|---|---|
| Name, phone number and email address | When you submit an intake form |
| Equipment type, home base, preferred lanes, notes, MC or USDOT number and payload | When you fill in those form fields |
| IP address and browser type (user agent) | Sent with each form submission |
| The page you submitted from and any campaign tags in your link (UTM source, medium, campaign) | Sent with each form submission |
| Page and button counts (for example, how many times a page was viewed in a day) | While you browse, as daily totals with no personal details |
How do we use your information?
We use your intake details to contact you about dispatch, review your equipment and lanes, and prepare your rate quote and dispatch agreement.
- Your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions and stop spam.
- Campaign tags tell us which links bring carriers to the site.
- Daily page and button counts show which pages carriers use.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where is your information stored?
Form submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare's network, and a short alert with your quote ID, equipment and lanes is sent to our dispatch team through Telegram. Daily page counts are stored as totals by day, event and page, and are deleted after 400 days.
How can you see or delete your information?
Email dispatch@candortrucking.com or call (942) 281-1045 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–8:00 PM CT.
Will this policy change?
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
